Bodybuilding Contest Prep - Sh*t Just Got Real
I've decided to enter in a bodybuilding competition. I don't have an official date yet BUT I have to be ready by the 1st of June.
I've also decided not to upload pics anymore because I'm going to be doing videos now!
I hope you like the change. Please be patient with my 1st videos. I promise they will get better.

Being Fat May Be Common But It Isn't Normal
Yeah. I said it. Being fat isn't normal.
Before you get offended just realize that I do not mean it as an insult to anybody anywhere. This is just one fat guy telling you the truth.
It is not normal to run out of air after walking for ten minutes. It is not normal to suffer from joint pain caused by useless extra weight. It is not normal to need a 40inch belt and use only the first hole. It is not normal to crave sugary carbs or fatty foods like a junkie for some meth. It is not normal to avoid being active because you'd rather watch tv.
There is nothing unusual about those things above. They are usual. They are common. They are what average people go through everyday. They are death.
Slowly but surely being fat kills you and I don't mean that your heart is going to explode because it can't take it anymore. No. What I mean is that, one day at a time, it will take away all those things that you like and make you who you are.
- Got a favorite sport? You'll be to fat to play without getting hurt. Permanently.
- Are you a geek who enjoys his comics/movies/games like a conoceur enjoys his fine cigars? Too bad! Diabetes will make you blind.
- Enjoy going out with your friends to enjoy a nice dinner and a couple of drinks? Not anymore. You abused your body so much that none of those will be an option anymore.
If being fat is ok with you by all means continue to be fat. Nobody is judging you. Hell! I know I'm one happy fat guy but I know that in my near future I will have to choose between being fat and being happy.
I choose happy.
Cheers.

21 Days To Make It A Habit
I don't know how much I weight but I'm pretty sure I went above 183lbs and 23% BF (not by a lot I hope) so I've decided that for the next 21 days I'm only going to drink water and coffee, I'm gonna go on a meats, fruits and veggies only diet + a workout everyday.
Given that my choices are limited I'll have to get creative with my menu and I'm actually excited about that. Creative menus will help me as much as they'll help you (or so I hope).
I'm basically going to eat like a carnivore monk. I might even shave my head ;)
Pics are coming tomorrow! See ya then.

Time To Join A Gym
I've decided that going back to the gym is the way to go if I really want to achieve my goals (and I really want to achieve my goals).
This doesn't mean that I'll stop running outside or training at home with my kettlebells. It only means that I've realized that I'll never get as big as I want to without lifting some heavy-ass weights.
If anything going back to heavy weights will result in a faster and better change (and the name of the blog will start to make some sense).
I hope you have an amazing week!
