Who says you can't? Who says you can't lose weight? Who says you can't gain muscle? Who says you can't become the next F1 champion? Who says you can't become the next UFC champion?
WHO SAYS YOU CAN'T FOLLOW YOUR DREAMS?
It's you. You are telling yourself that you can't make it. You are letting that tiny voice in your head turn into your master. You are letting that pathetic, negative voice win.
Well I'm here to tell you to take a stand. FIGHT BACK. There is greatness within you. Don't sabotage your own dreams. Don't give up as soon as it starts getting hard.
