Like the title says I will not be posting pictures in December because I intend to eat a bit of everything this month. I recon that progress could be made but I'm not to worried about it. I do have 2 goals though:
1. I will not go above 182.5lbs
2. I will not go above 23% body fat
Both of those stats are close to where I am right now so that shouldn't be a problem. I do not intend to pig out every day (or any day really) but with a 9-day trip to the US I seriously doubt I'll stick to no carbs.
I will keep on training though because I sure as hell don't want to start all over again.
I know I promised an article about intermittent fasting so I'll post it later today.
