Weight 182 lbs +2lbs -9.2lbs
BF: 22% -0.9% -4.5%
So after taking a 1-week break (sue me I'm human) I went up 2lbs BUT I lost 1% of bodyfat (which in reality is way more important).
Tomorrow I'm going to write about intermittent fasting and why multiple small meals means absolutely nothing when it comes to fat loss.

One of the easiest ways to burn extra calories is to walk 2-3 miles every day. A lot of people think that this is nonsense because walking is such an easy activity. Well... it isn't. At least not when you are carrying a backpack with an extra 20-70lbs.
You see, carrying so much extra weight instantly makes you burn A LOT more calories simply because your body has to work that much harder to move from place A to place B (for all you geeks out there think dragon ball z and the gravity capsule).
Walking with a weighted back pack allows you to preserve lower body muscle mass. It also increases you fitness level, your core strength AND it doesn't hurt your knees as much as running.

You can use whatever you want to add weight to your backpack just make sure that a) you have a QUALITY backpack and b) don't try to carry enormous amounts of weight on your first day.
Walk 2-3 miles with your backpack everyday for a week and you'll see how great it is.

Week 9 - November 13, 2012
Weight: 180.00lbs -1.7 lbs -11.2lbs
BF: 22.9% -2.4% -3.6%
I lost 1.7lbs and 2.4% of body fat (like I said I knew what went wrong last time). This time next week I'll FINALLY reach the !#"$#"@!!'¿' 17xlbs and I can't wait. From now on I will refeed every week (oh how I love to refeeed) which I believe will only increase the rate at which I'll burn my body fat.
I know I haven't written my amazingly good articles but I SWEAR I will this week (and every week from now on).

Week 8 - November 6, 2012
Weight: 181.7lbs -0.7lbs -9.5lbs
BF: 25.3% +1% -1.2%
Almost lost another pound. My BF % went up because I'm glycogen depleted but I will concede that I could have done a better job. I know where I blew it and now it's time to make some minor adjustments (and it wasn't the pizza =D). I will reach the 17x next week and then I'll have some sushi to celebrate.
