BF: 22% -0.9% -4.5%
So after taking a 1-week break (sue me I'm human) I went up 2lbs BUT I lost 1% of bodyfat (which in reality is way more important).
Tomorrow I'm going to write about intermittent fasting and why multiple small meals means absolutely nothing when it comes to fat loss.
